A recent project with a US client involved the production of a fully customized order of LED string lights, developed based on the client’s own design specifications. The project evolved over time, eventually reaching a total of 3,000 units across multiple configurations.
At the beginning, the client placed an order for 1,000 plug-in LED string lights. As the project progressed, an additional 1,000 units with power adapters were added, followed by a further 1,000 battery-operated string lights. This combination allowed the client to cover different usage scenarios within a single product line.
All products were manufactured according to the client’s design drawings, making this a typical custom LED lighting project rather than a standard bulk order. After confirming the details, the client proceeded with a 50% deposit, and production was scheduled immediately.
The production cycle was completed within 25 days. Once manufacturing was finished, the remaining balance was settled, and shipping arrangements were made based on the client’s specific requirements.
To support faster product verification and market preparation, the client requested a partial air shipment. We arranged express delivery for 5 sample units, allowing the client to receive and review the products quickly. The remaining units were shipped by sea to optimize overall logistics cost.
All goods were successfully delivered, and the client received both the air-shipped samples and the full bulk order without issues. The process remained smooth from production through to final delivery.
