A recent order from a US client involved the production of 300 units of children’s LED interactive tables for a commercial play space. The client was initially exploring suitable options and, after reviewing our catalog, selected two existing models: a round LED sand drawing table and a square interactive touch table. Using ready-made designs helped move the project forward quickly while keeping product consistency under control.

The order was split evenly, with 150 units of each model. Alongside design and durability, the client placed clear emphasis on delivery time, requesting completion within 40 days. For projects involving children’s interactive play tables, especially in commercial environments, both timing and reliability are critical.
To meet the deadline, production was arranged across both day and night shifts. This allowed output to increase without disrupting workflow or compromising quality. Since the products are part of our standard range, existing molds also played an important role in keeping the schedule on track while ensuring uniformity across the entire batch.

Throughout production, each unit went through routine checks, including lighting performance and touch functionality testing, as well as basic structural inspection. These steps are standard for bulk orders of LED furniture, particularly for children’s LED furniture used in high-frequency settings.
The full order was completed within the agreed timeframe and delivered to the client’s warehouse in the United States. From production to final shipment, the process remained stable and aligned with the original schedule.
