In October 2025, we completed a project involving the production and delivery of 300 units of interactive LED floor products for a client in the United Kingdom.

The order included two types of products: interactive LED floor tiles and a balance board with touch-activated lighting, designed to create engaging and responsive play experiences for commercial use.

The client was developing an interactive space and was looking for durable, touch-sensitive LED flooring solutions suitable for high-traffic environments. After reviewing our product options, the final order was confirmed as follows: 100 units of LED floor tiles (Model A), 100 units of LED floor tiles (Model B), and 100 units of LED balance boards.

All products feature touch-activated lighting, meaning they light up instantly when stepped on or pressed. This makes them ideal for applications such as children’s play areas, sensory rooms, and indoor activity zones.

To keep the project on schedule, we based production on our existing models while making minor adjustments according to the client’s preferences, including brightness levels and surface detailing.

The production cycle was completed in approximately 30 days. During this time, each unit underwent standard functional testing to ensure stable performance, including responsiveness and lighting consistency across the full batch.

For delivery, the client chose sea freight to balance cost and efficiency. All products were packed with reinforced protection to ensure safe transportation over long distances.

The full order was delivered successfully to the UK, and the products were later installed at the client’s site. Once in use, the interactive LED floor tiles and balance boards created a dynamic and engaging environment, with responsive lighting enhancing user interaction.

This project reflects a typical application of interactive LED flooring in commercial settings, where reliability, responsiveness, and consistent production quality are essential.
